- Notification preferences, timezone, platform, and account status
Team and organization information:
- Team names, sports, seasons, logos, colors, coaches, rosters, invite codes, and membership roles
- Organization names, administrators, sports, subscription tier, and team settings
Athlete and family information:
- Athlete names, birthdate or age, photo, position, jersey number, team memberships, skills, focus areas, goals, badges, classes, and development notes
- Parent or guardian names, emails, phone numbers, invite status, and athlete relationship information
Events, communication, and content:
- Events, locations, RSVP status, snacks, goalie or volunteer signup information, notes, and feedback deadlines
- Coach feedback, focus area comments, activity feed entries, reactions, posts, comments, direct messages, team messages, images, videos, and thumbnails
- Invitation information, including phone numbers, email addresses, invite codes, short links, and conversion status
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device type, operating system, app version, platform, timezone, browser or user-agent information, and IP-derived general location
- Usage patterns, app interactions, viewed pages, feature usage, errors, crash logs, and performance information
- Authentication/session data needed to keep you signed in and secure your account
2.3 Location Information
MVPeeps may process event or place location information that you enter or select, including facility names, addresses, latitude/longitude, Google Place IDs, and map coordinates. We use this to display event locations, directions, and related event details.
3. How We Use Information
- Create, authenticate, secure, and manage user accounts
- Operate team, roster, athlete, organization, season, and membership features
- Support coach feedback, focus areas, goals, badges, activity feeds, and athlete development tracking
- Create and manage events, RSVP flows, notes, volunteer signups, reminders, and calendar views
- Send team invitations, email, SMS, push, in-app, and service notifications
- Enable team messages, direct messages, media uploads, comments, and reactions
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms
- Analyze usage, improve features, fix bugs, and develop new services
- Comply with law, legal process, safety obligations, and accounting or business requirements
3.1 What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
- We do not use child or athlete profile information for third-party advertising.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parent or guardian involvement.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate MVPeeps:

4.2 Teams, Organizations, and Other Users
Because MVPeeps is a team platform, some information is intentionally shared with other authorized users, such as coaches, parents, athletes, teammates, and organization administrators. Examples include roster information, event details, RSVP status, messages, feedback, comments, activity, and athlete development information.
4.3 Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, regulation, or safety needs; to enforce our Terms; to protect users, athletes, teams, organizations, or the Company; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
5. Children's and Athlete Privacy
MVPeeps may store information about youth athletes so parents, guardians, coaches, and organizations can manage rosters, development, feedback, and team communication.
- Parents, guardians, coaches, or authorized organization users typically provide athlete information.
- We use athlete information to operate the App and provide team/development features.
- We do not knowingly sell athlete information or use it for third-party advertising.
- Parents or guardians may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their child's information, subject to legal, safety, team, and recordkeeping requirements.

You may request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting us. We will process requests as required by law, but some information may be retained where necessary for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, team records, or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authentication controls, encrypted connections, cloud provider security features, and restricted access practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for using strong credentials, keeping your account secure, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of certain personal information.
You may also manage some information directly in the App, including profile details and notification preferences where available.

9. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information as commonly understood. We may share information with service providers for business purposes, as described in this Privacy Policy.
10. European and International Users
If you access MVPeeps from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases may include consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and protection of vital interests.
11. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
The App may use session tokens, analytics tools, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and similar technologies. These help us keep users signed in, understand usage, diagnose issues, and improve the App.
Some choices may be available through device settings, app settings, or platform privacy controls.

The App may contain links to external websites, maps, app stores, payment screens, or support resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
