Frequently Asked Questions

Open MVPeeps and use the sign-in or create-account flow with your email address and password. If you were invited to a team, use the same email or phone number your invitation was sent to so MVPeeps can connect you to the right team or athlete.

If you cannot access your account, email support@mvpeeps.app from the email address you use for MVPeeps.

Use the forgot-password option on the MVPeeps sign-in screen. Enter your account email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

If you do not see the email after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder and confirm you entered the same email used for your MVPeeps account.

Coaches and organization admins can create teams from the Teams area. Add the team name, sport, season details, team logo, and team settings, then invite parents, athletes, and coaches.

To update a team later, open the team and use the edit options available to your role. Some team settings are only visible to coaches, team admins, or organization admins.

Team invites can be sent by email or text message depending on the team's setup. Invitees should open the invite link, create or sign in to an MVPeeps account, and follow the prompts to join the team or connect to an athlete profile.

If an invite does not arrive, check that the email address or phone number is correct and ask the coach or admin to resend it.

Open the team roster or athlete area and choose the option to add a teammate or edit an existing teammate. MVPeeps can store athlete details such as name, birthdate, photo, parent contact info, team memberships, goals, skills, and development notes.

Athlete age is calculated from the saved birthdate, so update the birthdate if the displayed age looks incorrect.

MVPeeps supports team messages and direct messages so coaches, parents, athletes, and team members can communicate around team activity. Availability may depend on your role and team membership.

If you cannot see a conversation, confirm you are signed in to the correct account and that you are still connected to the relevant team or athlete.

MVPeeps may send notifications for team updates, messages, events, invites, feedback, and other account activity. You can manage app-level notification permissions in your device settings and available MVPeeps notification preferences inside the app.

If notifications are missing, make sure notifications are enabled for MVPeeps on your device and that your account email or phone number is up to date.

If MVPeeps offers paid plans or subscriptions, purchases are processed through the app store or the billing provider shown during checkout. Subscription access, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by that provider.

For Apple subscriptions, open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions. For Google Play subscriptions, open Google Play and review Payments & subscriptions.

Check your internet connection, close and reopen MVPeeps, and confirm you are using the latest app version. If the issue continues, email support with your account email, device type, and a short description of what you were trying to do.

🗑️How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your MVPeeps account and associated account data. Account deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, team connections, athlete records you control, messages, media, and related account data from active systems, subject to legal, safety, team record, and operational retention requirements.

To delete your account in the app:

  1. Open the MVPeeps app and sign in to your account.
  2. Open your Profile or account settings area.
  3. Choose the account deletion option when available.
  4. Review the confirmation message carefully, then confirm deletion.

If you need help, email support@mvpeeps.app from the email address you used to sign up with the subject line "Delete My Account".

Note: If you have an active app store subscription, cancel it through Apple or Google first. Deleting your MVPeeps account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by an app store.

MVPeeps is built for youth athlete development, team communication, and family coordination. We do not sell athlete profile information or use youth athlete data for third-party advertising.
